Holding space for helpers — to heal, together.

Move toward shared goals, unwind the patterns of stress and overwhelm, and gain awareness alongside fellow helpers. Each week builds on teachings and practices that will foster greater clarity, ease and enthusiasm and will help reconnect you with your values that underlie your passion to serve.

Healing happens in community

Group coaching is a powerful catalyst for change and growth, as helpers are invited to take time away from daily stressors, slow down, and tune in — alongside others who can relate. Jennifer guides participants toward exploring feelings and beliefs, creating new ways of being, and ultimately gaining empowered change and rejuvenation.

How does it work?

  1. Gather your tribe: colleagues, teammates, fellow caregivers — whoever you share the helping trait with — and initiate a conversation with Jennifer to set up your group. Or, hop into the next cohort of group coaching — helpers from different arenas often have much to teach one another!

  2. Hold the designated time on your calendar for the next 4 weeks, and plan to honor it!

  3. Gain insight on and discuss a new topic each week, based on the theme of the coaching cohort. Put your learnings into practice with with light ‘homework,’ which will help create consistent, lasting change in your life. Topics may include self-compassion, stress management, setting boundaries, relationship & communication enhancement, and identification of blocks & barriers.

  4. Head back into your role as a helper with your cup refilled, so you can continue to do what you love!
